Application Form available for the 25th Festival

Ely Folk Festival is back from 9th to 11th July 2010 at the Ely Football Club, Ely Outdoor Centre, Downham Road, Ely.  If you are familiar with the festival you will be aware that we have limited space on site but we aim to include 6 food stalls (2 large 4 small) and 12 other traders.
 
If you wish to apply for a trade stall please complete the application and return it to the address given by 31st December to express your interest. If you have photographs or website links please include these if we don’t already know you.
 
As we are limited for space on site a decision on who will be invited to trade will be made by end January 2010 and a further letter sent out to the successful traders to confirm and request payment. Therefore if you haven’t heard from us by mid-February please accept that we have been unable to fit you in for 2009.
