Only to recycle them responsibly! Seriously, no we don't have a policy, but we are on a Football pitch so we don't want any broken glass lying around. We run our own reasonably priced and well stocked bar on site and of course would encourage you to buy your alcohol there . |

Concessions are available for anyone who is over the age of 65 or who is registered as disabled. Proof will be required on site when you collect your ticket. |

No, but students make very good stewards! |

We have a list of regular stewards who come every year, however if you would like to apply to Steward we expect 10 hours work over the weekend in return for free weekend admission and free camping on site. Duties include vehicle management, car park duties, bar work, checking wristbands, litter picking, etc. |

Yes, we’re still dog friendly. Your dog will be registered when you arrive and given a tag to wear with your name and mobile phone number on it. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times. Poop bags are available from the Box Office and Control tents and you asked to keep your dog under control and clean up after it. |

Marquee 1 is fully seated, Marquee 2 has some seating around the edge and Marquee 3 has none. You are welcome to bring your own fold up chairs into Marquees 2 & 3 [but not Marquee 1] though please try not to obscure other people’s view. |

The first concert on Friday evening starts at 7.00pm in Marquee 1. |

Performers can sign up in the Beer Tent at 12 noon on the Saturday. There is a 10-15 minute slot for the Club Tent Best performer on Sunday evening opening the Main concert in Marquee 1. |

Evening only tickets will allow you access on site from 6pm. |

Yes, we can arrange parking close to the actual site/marquees if you let us know when you book so your details can be kept at the Box Office and a space kept free for you. Please note the whole site is a grassed football field. |

Festival officially opens at 6pm on Friday 9th July - first concert starts at 7pm. Festival closes at 10.30pm on the Sunday night. |

Flash photography is not allowed, except by staff and press. Permitted photography must be taken in such a way as to avoid any disruption or distraction for patrons or performers. |

The festival site is a 5 minute car drive and a 20 minute walk from Ely town centre. A free shuttle bus will run approx. every 15 minutes from Market Street in the town centre to the festival site. |

The festival shuttle bus will pick up at Ely Railway Station between 2pm – 8pm on Friday. If you need to be collected from the station outside of these times please contact us before the festival and we will accommodate your request if possible |

The festival site is open from 1pm on Friday for campers arriving and setting up. The Beer tent and Trade stalls will all be open by 6pm on Friday when the festival officially starts. |

Unfortunately we can't allow cars on the campsite, due to Fire Regulations and limited camping space. We allow cars on the campsite to unload and then we ask for them to be moved. Parking for campers is however within the main festival site and is not open to the public. |
